The Man with the Oddly Bronzed Skin

The man with the oddly bronzed skin and thinning comb-over scowled into the cameras.
“Voting by mail is cheating and must be stopped. It leads to fraud and rigged elections, and unfairly favors the other party.”
He scrawled his signature on a document and held it high for all to see.
“Therefore, today, I have signed an executive order banning mail-in ballots, effective immediately.”
Later that day, he handed a sealed envelope to an aide. “Please put this in the mail today.”
The aide looked confused. “Aren’t mail-in ballots illegal now?”
The man smirked. “For you, but not for me.”
